GO100 Community - Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Go100 Community ("Go100", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Go100 Community website, mobile application, platform, content, services, and related features (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.


2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age;

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and

Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.

By using the Service, you warrant that you meet these requirements.


3. Membership and Subscription

3.1 Membership Fees

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid membership subscription.

Membership fees are displayed on the platform and may be amended from time to time.

3.2 Billing

Membership fees are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for all applicable fees.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Refunds

Except where required by law, membership fees are non-refundable and no refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

3.5 Failed Payments

If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service until payment is successfully received.

3.6 Sponsorships and Advertising

Go100 Community may accept sponsorships, advertising, promotional partnerships, and business listings from third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Go100 Community does not charge commissions, brokerage fees, or transaction fees on trades, transactions, or arrangements conducted directly between members.


4. Account Registration and Security

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information;

Keep your account information updated;

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and

Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.


5. Community Standards and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service respectfully and lawfully.

You must not:

Harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against others;

Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material;

Upload unlawful content;

Violate intellectual property rights;

Send spam or unsolicited communications;

Operate pyramid schemes, referral scams, or deceptive marketing activities;

Use the platform for fraudulent purposes;

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;

Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Promote external products, services, events, opportunities, or marketing campaigns without prior approval from Go100 Community where such approval is required.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred.


6. Leadership and Community Representative Roles

Certain members may be invited to undertake leadership, ambassador, moderator, mentor, or community representative roles.

Individuals appointed to these roles must:

• Uphold the standards and values of Go100 Community;

• Act in good faith and in the best interests of the community;

• Follow any additional guidelines, policies, or responsibilities communicated by Go100 Community.

Go100 Community may revoke leadership status at any time at its discretion.


7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform.

By posting content, you grant Go100 Community a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote that content for the operation, improvement, and promotion of the Service.

You warrant that:

You own or have permission to use and publish the content;

The content does not infringe any third-party rights;

The content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

Go100 Community may remove content at its sole discretion.


8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, logos, designs, videos, graphics, text, and other platform materials, remain the property of Go100 Community or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy;

Reproduce;

Modify;

Distribute;

Reverse engineer;

Commercially exploit; or

Create derivative works from

any part of the Service without prior written permission.


9. Nature of the Platform

Go100 Community is a networking and community platform that facilitates connections between members.

We act solely as a provider of communication and networking services.

We do not:

Act as a broker, agent, trustee, intermediary, or adviser;

Negotiate transactions;

Verify the accuracy of offers;

Guarantee outcomes;

Guarantee the quality of goods or services offered by members.

All dealings between members occur entirely at their own risk.


10. Transactions Between Members

Members are solely responsible for:

Conducting due diligence;

Assessing risks;

Negotiating terms;

Verifying identities; and

Determining the suitability of any transaction.

Go100 Community is not a party to any agreement between members.

We are not responsible for:

Failed transactions;

Non-payment;

Misrepresentation;

Breach of contract;

Product defects;

Service quality; or

Any loss arising from member interactions.


11. Alternative or Community Currency

Where members choose to use any alternative, digital, barter, trade-credit, token-based, or community currency system:

Go100 Community does not issue, manage, guarantee, or regulate the value of any currency;

We do not guarantee liquidity, exchangeability, or acceptance;

We do not verify exchange rates or values;

Any agreed value is determined solely by the participating members.

Members assume all risks associated with the use of any alternative currency.

11A. Currency Integrity Policy

To support the integrity and sustainability of community-based and alternative currency systems used by members, Go100 Community may establish guidelines relating to the responsible use and promotion of such currencies.

Members must not:

• Deliberately manipulate or misrepresent the value of any community currency;

• Engage in deceptive conduct designed to undermine confidence in a currency system;

• Mislead merchants or members regarding the value, liquidity, or acceptance of any currency;

• Conduct activities intended to damage the reputation or stability of a community currency network.

 

Go100 Community reserves the right to investigate breaches and suspend or terminate membership where conduct is reasonably considered detrimental to the integrity of the community.


12. No Financial, Legal or Professional Advice

Information made available through the Service is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on the platform constitutes:

Financial advice;

Legal advice;

Investment advice;

Accounting advice; or

Professional advice of any kind.

You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on information obtained through the Service.


13. No Endorsement

Go100 Community does not endorse, recommend, certify, or verify:

Members;

Businesses;

Products;

Services;

Opportunities; or

Statements made on the platform.

Any reliance placed on information provided by members is at your own risk.


14. Events and Activities

Members may organise or participate in events, meetups, gatherings, or activities.

Participation in any event is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Go100 Community is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, disputes, or incidents arising from participation in member-organised activities.


15. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services.

We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party content, services, privacy practices, or business activities.


16. Platform Availability

While we strive to provide reliable access to the Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.


17. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go100 Community excludes all liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense arising from:

Use of the Service;

Member interactions;

Transactions between members;

User-generated content;

Third-party services;

Service interruptions.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Go100 Community during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


19. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the resupply of the relevant services or the cost of having those services supplied again.


20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go100 Community, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service;

Your content;

Your transactions;

Your breach of these Terms;

Your breach of any law or third-party rights.


21. No Agency Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship between you and Go100 Community.


22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately if:

You breach these Terms;

We reasonably believe your conduct may harm the platform or its members;

Required by law;

Necessary to protect the integrity, security, or reputation of the Service.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.


23. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on the platform and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Service after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and Australia.
